I'll call this one...chuggy mc-nasty

7 full days of juicing!  This one was gross...had to chug it!

1 radish
2 carrots
1 apple
1/2 green pepper
2 tomatoes (small ones)
1 kale leaf
1/4 cucumber
Slice if fresh ginger

It clearly is really good for ya, but blechhhhh....the taste was awful!

after juicing for 7 days straight:

*I feel more energetic
*crave fruits and veggies
*increased my breast milk supply drastically
*my nails have been growing like crazy and VERY strong

So far that's all I noticed, but I will keep juicing I think :-)

Oh, haven't weighed myself too see if I lost weight...
