Modified juice fast day #2 breakfast


Day #2 Breakfast:

It all started with 1 orange, 1 mango, a pinch of ginger and a yellow pepper.
This tasted delicious, but was not enough substance for an entire meal!!  Very refreshing!!


This is just 1/2 of a yellow pepper....pretty , right?
So I added 1 apple, 2 carrots to the recipe.. and used the whole pepper when I was in fact only going to use 1/2.

This made for a beautiful juice... and absolutely the best one I have had yet!!!  So refreshing and tasty!!  When I stirred it .. it was a bright orange like an artificial orange juice like sunny D.. but nothing artificial HERE!!

I am feeling a little hungry this morning.. so this def. didn't fill me up like yesterday.  This would be good in small quantities as a tasty snack, I think. Can't wait until LUNCH to come up with something different.  I'm thinking it will have Kale and/or Spinach.. make a green juice to help satisfy me until dinner time!!

And of course.. here is what my kids were doing while I was preparing my tasty juice.  

"Mommy take a picture of me!!"
