My Goal:
Meal replacement 2 meals a day...
a modified juice "fast." Well.. not really a fast at all, because I will eat 1 regular meal a day, and snacking. I will not be able to juice at work... so most days this will be the non-juice meal. My 3 month old son is nursing, I thought it was a great way for both of us to become healthier.
Day 1 Breakfast--- 4 carrots
The carrots are absolutely DELICIOUS, by the way.

Day 1 LUNCH:
1-cucumber
1-green pepper
2- carrots
1-lemon

So far today.. I've had:
- too many pretzels (my favorite food ever) with some dip... (yes, I said it.. dip)
- 1 cup of regular coffee, cream & sugar.. and 2 cups of decaf, cream & sugar
- 2-bottles of water
